Crystal has been with Coldwell Banker since 1994, working full time in the Chicagoland area.

The vast majority of her business comes from repeat clients and their referrals. With a philosophy of great customer service, period - believing in honesty, integrity and straight talk - her clients appreciate her direct approach, organized style and positive attitude. Clients understand that they aren't just a transaction to her, but that she really cares about them and wants them to have a positive and rewarding experience. From the first-time buyer of a one- bedroom condo, to the buyer of a luxury single family home or investment multi-unit, it should be an exciting time for everyone. Crystal wants to make that time as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. By consistently doing this, her clients become her best advocates, telling family, friends, co-workers and neighbors about her. Those clients often turn into good friends as well!

After receiving her BS in Marketing and Management from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Crystal was drawn to Chicago by the beautiful skyline, incredible energy and a big city made up of many small, wonderful neighborhoods. Over the years, she has loved getting to know those neighborhoods, and shares that knowledge with her clients.

Crystal was bit by the real estate bug after purchasing her first condo, finding the whole process both fascinating and exhilarating, and quickly added purchasing and renovating homes to her resume. With years of renovation and rehabbing experience, she uses this expertise to help both sellers and buyers uncover the potential of a home, helping them make wise financial investments resulting in more profits for sellers and greater future equity for buyers. The service doesn't stop after the sale closes. Often times, she is called on for advice for things as simple as helping to pick paint colors or what home improvements should be made next.

Getting a home ready for the market can be very stressful, but as a full-service sales broker, she helps coordinate all aspects of the pre-selling process in an effort to make it as painless as possible. Once those buyers come through your door, she will be there, personally, to show them your home and act as the point person to relate the selling features to the buyer and overcome any obstacles right from the start.
